| 1 | How many type of package do you serve? |

| We have several types of packages that specifically cater for different type of occasions, such as weddings, company annual dinners, birthdays, baby -full moon celebrations, association, open house and social gathering. The package includes and is not limited to lunch, high tea and dinner. We also cater for special festive occasions such as Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali, Christmas day and Chinese New Year. | 2 | What is your minimum pax for catering service ? |
|
|
| We maintain a standard minimum pax of 30 person. |

| 3 | What are the charges? |
|
|
| The charges are based on a per headcount ( person) . Our standard package ranges between RM 20.00 to RM 100.00 per person. We can also tailor our charges to meet the customer requirements and needs. This will be a different set of menu. |

| 4 | Is the buffet package inclusive of Canopy, table and stool? |
|
|
| No. This is an optional request but we will be most happy to arrange this and this will be charged separately as a different line item. Alternatively, the customers can opt to arrange this themselves. | |

| 5 | What are the charges for the Canopy and Table & Stool/ Chair ? |
|
|
| Customer can select the different types of Canopy, table setting, stool/ chair from our customer price list. The price per unit will depend on the type of items that are selected by customer. Please contact our marketing team for more detailed information. | |

| 6 | Does the buffet package include of cutleries and server? |
|
|
| Yes. The company will provide the cutleries based on the type of package selected. | |
|
|
| 7 | Is the buffet package inclusive of server(s)? |
|
|
| Yes. The company will arrange and schedule the number of servers of each function depending on the size and occasion. | |
|
|
| 8 | Do we fix the service hours of each function? |
|
|
| Yes. Typically, for lunch function, it will be approximately 2 hours and slightly longer for dinner functions - 2.5 hours. | |
|
|
| 9 | Do we charge for overtime? |
|
|
| Yes. If the function extends beyond the above mentioned period, there will be an additional charge. 1st hour will be RM 10.00 per server; 2nd hour will be RM 20.00 per server. |
